We headed back to Berrillee for another fabulous Cancer Chicks retreat. The day included a glass painting activity, great conversations delicious food, and shared experiences with new friends.

Our second round with highly skilled Pelvic Health Physio and Endo Warrior, Jess. This session discussed everything intimacy, discomfort and pelvic health.​

Our Chicks tuned in for a fabulous online beauty night with the Eye of Horus team, packed with expert brow tips, makeup hacks, and plenty of fun along the way.

Our chicks joined an inspiring online session led by Lauren, an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist, packed with practical, oncology-informed nutrition tips.

Our second Virtual Breast Reconstruction Webinar with Specialist Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, Dr Rhys van der Rijt. Dr Rhys went through all of our questions and explained the different breast reconstruction options. 

Our Victoria Chicks enjoyed another very special Gilson's Pizza & Prosecco night. 

Our fabulous Bondi Brunch entailed lots of yummy food, mingling and chats about shared experiences. 

Our wellbeing coach, Wendy Jocum, hosted us for another insightful online wellbeing webinar.

In March, we had the pleasure of hosting another unforgettable Sail & Socialise event. We cruised around Sydney Harbour, enjoying delicious food, drinks, and most importantly, great company. If you missed it this time, don’t worry, we’ll be back for more next year!

In September we headed back to Berrillee for another fabulous Cancer Chicks retreat. The day included a wellbeing workshop, delicious food, and shared experiences with new friends.

On the 7th of August, Dr Priya Vakil hosted us for an online webinar.

Our own Cancer Chick Rhiannon Abshoff, hosted a Coffee and Connect at Cafe 959.

Rhea Felton is leading the Parental Cancer Study at UNSW. The online webinar focused on understanding and supporting the unique challenges faced by families when a parent/carer has been diagnosed with cancer. 

On the 13th of May we enjoyed an online workshop with our Wellbeing Coach, Wendy Jocum.  

In April we enjoyed or first Canberra Coffee and Connect at The Museum Cafe! Our coffee catch ups are a great way for Chicks to meet and connect with other young women who share similar experiences over a warm drink on us.

Our incredible friends at Eye of Horus ran an online makeup masterclass for our Chicks across Australia! It was a great opportunity for the girls to ask questions and learn how to draw on the perfect brow!

On the 15th of March, we enjoyed our second Sail & Socialise event! The afternoon included delicious snacks and beverages, lots of chit chatting, while taking in the gorgeous views of the Sydney Harbour.

In February 2024 we hosted a respite retreat for Cancer Chicks. The day included workshops with Wendy Jocum, a glass painting activity, drum therapy with Rhythm Village and much more.

Our coffee catch ups are a great way for Chicks to meet and connect with other young women who share similar experiences over a warm drink on us! We're beyond grateful to all the cafés who have supported our cause!

We hosted a ‘Thank You’ Breakfast for all of our incredible supporters who have been there for Cancer Chicks over the years!

Our incredible Victorian community supported Cancer Chicks in the 2023 Nike Melbourne Marathon! Thank you to everyone involved and who donated to support our cause!

The incredible team at AfterPay created an exclusive experience for 20 of our Cancer Chicks. This included our very own VIP section at an exclusive runway show that featured a Cancer Chick Ambassador walking the runway!

We enjoyed an afternoon with our fellow Cancer and Chronic Chicks on a yacht! Enjoy delicious food and refreshing drinks while taking in the stunning views of the Sydney Harbour.

In February 2022 we hosted a respite retreat for fifteen Cancer Chicks. The weekend included self-growth workshops, clay making with Tik Tok, a makeover masterclass, skincare making, an outdoor cinema and more.

Our Melbourne Chicks spent the night cocktail making with the incredible team at 1806 bar!

Cancer Chicks spent a night of fashion, friendship and support hosted by @modesportif.  @elliotgarnaut ran a scarf tying masterclass with the help of @nadiafairfax who designed the custom CC scarfs with @alemais.official which you can buy here.

Our very first Melbourne Day Retreat at Mornington Peninsula! The event was hosted by the wonderful team at @villa_floretti_flowers who ran a bouquet-making workshop with our Chicks! We also got a styling masterclass from the incredible @ElliotGarnaut , and enjoyed a delicious cake by @amy_minichiello_ and catering from @blakesfeast (both generously donated!)

In February 2022 we hosted a respite retreat for thirteen Cancer Chicks. The weekend included self-growth workshops, manicures, a Makeover Masterclass, an Outdoor Cinema, a luxury dining experience at the Berowra Waters Inn, a pilates class and more.
